Scalloped shaped papier-mâché tray overhanging a small under edge that holds it in place with felt below.  Early Regency style legs centered on the ends and sides with block and turned cross stretchers.  Finished in black lacquer with matching gold touches.  Measures 30" wide by 23" deep by 20" high overall.
