Scalloped shape lacquered wood tray overhanging a small under edge that holds it in place with felt below.  Late Regency style legs with block and turned cross stretchers.  Finished in black lacquer with matching red and gold touches.  Measures 27" wide by 24" deep by 19" high overall.
